Endrit is a valued member of the Fidelity Real Estate Brokers team bringing over 13 years of professional work experience in the real estate industry – from personal investments to construction and most recently property management, Auction Sales and Remodels.  Prior to diving into real estate, Endrit served in senior-level managerial roles in the Oil & Gas and Industrial Manufacturing Industries.  He has an MBA in Software Engineering and speaks multiple languages.  As a Managing Broker and Head of Operations for Fidelity Real Estate Brokers-Property Management Division, Endrit feels that the best way to serve our clients and investors is to provide the highest level of service possible…achieving this thorough efficiency in our accounting practices with strong “checks and balances” procedures in place, contracting with respected and proven vendors who provide excellent service and maintenance on properties, and staying current on educational requirements and new changes in housing laws.
